For those needing hard to find power cords for HP cesium standards
they can be found at https://www.ebay.com/itm/132858288506 .
These cables are for 120 V ac 60 Hz power.

While some HP5065A rubidium standards use the same power cord, not all
do. Beware and see http://leapsecond.com/museum/hp5065a/conn.htm .
For some, you will need to change the order of three pins by
resoldering. If you have a pin removal tool, you can merely move the
pins. Perhaps the seller can accommodate you in this case.

I have no information on cables for 240 V ac 60 Hz or 220 V ac 50 Hz
at this time. Contact me off list if you need these cables and I will
research them.

If all you need is the connector, they are available from Galco. The
connector is:

https://www.galco.com/buy/Fujikura-Formerly-DDK/dms3106a18-22s

or

https://www.galco.com/buy/Fujikura-Formerly-DDK/DMS3106A18-22S-F

The strain relief is:

https://www.galco.com/buy/Fujikura-Formerly-DDK/dms3057-10a

or

https://www.galco.com/buy/Fujikura-Formerly-DDK/DMS3057-10A-F

The first item in each category is green, the second is black.

Hope this helps.

I have used the Galco connectors and they work well. Grab a new power cord
for nothing and cut the EIJ C14 side off and use that. That way the
connector and cord are brand new.
I find older cords tend to deteriorate after 30 years.

Bill Perry Company should also have them
He should be cheaper with the same quality.
Bill is easy to deal with but has no web presence.
You have to call (502) 893-8724.

I have dealt with him over the phone and at ham fests.
He is very knowledgeable about all types of connectors.
