[time-nuts] Anyone know how to decode a Symmetricom SA.22c part number?

There seems to be two part numbers for the telecom SA.22c units
floating around. One is for the units in the Lucent OMR cards
(Symmetricom part number SA22C-0028C02D002), and another one that has
a small board attached with power supply regulators (Symmetricom part
number SA22C-0029F02E003).

Does anyone know what the differences are between the two units, or
have the magic decoder ring for the part number?
